townhall chorin

After winning a competition in 2003, the new town hall in Chorin was built in the vicinity of a historic industrial wasteland. A multifunctional hall is surrounded by a U-shaped office and administration area. The mayor's offices and other service areas are located in the parliamentary area. The adjoining administration area can be functionally separated from this. The access corridors and waiting areas are glazed towards the green inner courtyard. Visitors enter the building via a spacious two-story foyer.
The project was realized in cooperation with the Kreuzberg+Broniecki2 office.
