As an architectural office that has been based in Berlin-Mitte for over 20 years, we plan and implement projects in a wide variety of scales and functions: from the conversion of a castle into a hotel to inner-city densification for the municipal rental price -bound housing. We develop innovative, but at the same time long-lasting concepts and design approaches that are based on sustainable materials and energy efficiency. Sustainability is also a topic that is reflected in the implementation of mixed use, the integration of community and social concerns and spatial flexibility. As planners and designers, we have a role to play in mediating between the multitude of often divergent private and public concerns and creating collaborative dialogues in all phases of planning and construction lies. We see the potential for a successful architecture less in purely formalistic answers. In addition to large-scale housing construction, particular areas of focus are the planning of individual and formally sophisticated houses for private builders, 
also building in the context of monuments, the development of hotel and holiday properties and projects in the field of art and culture. 
Our work has received a large number of awards, has been recognized in competitions and has been discussed in the press. We regularly participate in exhibitions  and events such as Architecture Day. In 2018 Roland Wolff was appointed to the Association of German Architects BDA. 
 
In addition to planning, primarily in the area of LPH 1-5 of the HOAI, we also advise and support our clients in the phases of acquisition, development and Creation of development and usage concepts for projects of all sizes.
