Concept study for the renovation and expansion of an office tower in Frankfurt/Main. The office tower, built at the end of the 1960s, is to be fundamentally modernized and expanded. The aim is to double the number of jobs to 600 through the expansion. The increase will create 12,000 square meters of gross floor area.
