In the course of the facade renovation of the 38 n the high-rise building, the pollutants were disposed of under strict occupational health and safety conditions and all facades were completely rebuilt using minerals and adapted to current energy requirements. At the same time, the existing oil heating system was completely dismantled and replaced with a modern gas condensing boiler. The work was carried out in the inhabited state in an extremely short construction period of only 7 months between scaffolding and equipment.
