As part of the historic Hellersdorf town estate, a district and commercial district with a variety of cultural and social uses, we are planning a community center with a farm shop and farm café for GESOBAU.
The new building in wood hybrid construction is designed to be as flexible and reusable as possible and has a solar roof integrated into the roof cladding.

In the “Land Fleesensee” a compact holiday complex consisting of four independently usable parts of the house is being realized according to the designs of wolff:architekten. A special feature are the thatched roofs, which are formed vertically as a thatched facade. This ensures less heat loss in winter and less heating in summer. The facades and roofs of the group of houses are therefore extremely storm- and rain-proof, snow-proof and frost-resistant. They are highly diffusible and air filtering; Rainwater is drained quickly and directly to the eaves. The reed material comes from the region - this avoids long transport routes. The modern interpretation forms the bridge between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary architecture.
